Cancellation & Refund

At UXpective, we want you to feel confident about your purchases. While we strive to offer valuable content and live experiences, we understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below.

Consultations

Non-refundable policy: All consultation sessions, including portfolio reviews, career guidance, UX interview preparation, and psychology/neuroscience discussions, are non-refundable. These sessions are a one-time service, and once booked and confirmed, refunds will not be provided.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While refunds are not available, we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.

Pre-recorded Courses

Refund eligibility: You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you’ve accessed less than 20% of the course.

No refunds will be provided once 20% or more of the course content has been accessed.

Live Sessions

Cancellations: Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled live session.

Late cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, no refund will be issued.

No-shows: If you miss a live session without prior notice, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience unexpected personal or technical issues, please reach out to us at ux@shanikaroy.com. While we cannot guarantee refunds outside our policy, we’ll do our best to support you.
